Tried this place for the first time on Saturday, and let me tell you—it was AMAZING! For appetizers, we ordered the Sweet & Sour Cucumbers, which were soooo good, and a crispy rolled beef appetizer (I wish I remembered the name because it was absolutely delicious). We also tried the Splashed Chili Oil Noodles, and they had exactly the amount of spice I was looking for. For dumplings, we ordered the Xiao Long Bao and the Pan-Fried Dumplings. We ended up getting two orders of the Xiao Long Bao and one order of the pan-fried dumplings. Come hungry because the portions here are HUGE! Most places serve dumplings that are half the size (or even smaller), but these were full-sized, handmade dumplings. We actually had a hard time finishing everything and left completely stuffed and satisfied. The food really hit the spot, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. The restaurant itself has a cute, quiet atmosphere that made the experience even better and the service was incredible. You can even see them making the dumplings by hand, which was really cool and made everything feel fresh and authentic. We’ll definitely be back! When they say everything is big in Texas, even the XIAOLONGBAOs are big. We are from California and we were gladly surprised by the size and price of their dumplings. It was freshly made, tasted really great and priced very reasonably. This place is a must try. Kudos to the chef!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dumplingholic House is a true gem in Katy! Every dish was perfectly seasoned and you can really taste the authenticity and care in each bite. Watching from afar, the chef prepared the dumplings with such precision, it’s clear the food is made with skill and pride. The dumplings were bursting with flavor, the broths rich and comforting, and the garlic dipping sauce with hot chili oil took everything to the next level. Cozy atmosphere, amazing food...if I could give 10 stars, I would! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
