Irecently had the pleasure of dining at DUNE by Laurent Tourondel in Fort Lauderdale with a group of eight, and it was an unforgettable experience. The restaurant's vast space, elegantly nestled right next to the beach, provided the perfect setting for our gathering. Whether you're planning a romantic evening, a family outing, or a larger party, DUNE's accommodating environment caters to all. The ambiance at DUNE is nothing short of spectacular. The restaurant exudes a sophisticated charm with its modern decor, all while offering stunning views of the ocean. The social atmosphere is vibrant yet comfortable, making it an ideal spot for both lively conversations and intimate moments. Our culinary journey was guided by the knowledgeable waitstaff, who impressed us with their expertise on both the menu and the intricate preparation of each dish. The appetizers set a high standard, tantalizing our taste buds and heightening our anticipation for the main courses. Speaking of the dishes, each one was a masterpiece. From the specially featured items to the staples on the weekly menu, every bite was a blend of exquisite flavors and top-notch quality. The creativity and attention to detail in the preparation of each dish were evident, making our dining experience not just a meal, but a culinary adventure. A word of advice to future patrons: be mindful of the pricing. DUNE is on the higher end of the spectrum, but every dollar spent is justified by the exceptional quality, ambiance, and overall experience. It's a worthwhile investment for a memorable dining experience in Fort Lauderdale. If you're faced with the choice of where to dine in the area, my recommendation is unequivocal: choose DUNE. It's not just a meal; it's a celebration of fine cuisine and ambiance that will leave you with lasting memories. Vegetarian options: This isn't exquisite restaurant. I'm more than sure that they can come up with something for you if you are a vegetarian. They were several vegetarian options on the menu as well as any dish can be made into a vegetarian dish. Dietary restrictions: Pretty vast menu and selection of food. If you have dietary restrictions and you want to supplement your gluten-free bread, then it might be a problem, but removing the bread and using lettuce as a wrap might actually be an option. I'd consider asking and making sure that the weight staff knows your dietary restrictions. Parking: Parking is available on the streets and some paid parking lots around the venue. I'd recommend the valet parking. It's very reasonably priced and they make it very easy for you to get your car when you're leaving. They text you and you can in your texts request that they get your car before you get to the door. My car was waiting for me when I got outside. It was fantastic Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring your kids here. It's nice to have a space where adults can come converse to not have to hear kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible absolutely. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Burger, Caesar Salad, Tuna Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free street parking, Paid street parking, Valet, Paid parking garage

The place is nice but the manager Francois was very rude and disrespectful to us Andy we did nothing wrong. Also, he is not dressed properly for a nice place.
Everyone else was excellent including bartenders and waitresses.
