Very disappointed with my order. I ordered a Strawberry Frappe and a Black Forest Frappe, and both were supposed to have whipped cream, but when I received them, there was none at all. I paid the full price and expected the correct product, but what I got was incomplete and careless service. This is unacceptable. Please make sure customers receive the exact items they paid for.
