I always come in at during the evening and it’s always ONE WOMAN!! It tends to be quite busy too! This is extremely irresponsible and dangerous considering there’s at least 5 people in the daytime. She does make great drinks, is lovely, and luckily has armed security but the manager needs to fix that immediately. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Haven't been back in a couple of weeks and probably won't go back. A couple of weeks ago I put in an order, walked in & it wasn't ready. I have no problems waiting. After a while I went to the counter to check and the young lady looks through the orders, comes around the counter and takes off running out the door. They accidentally gave my order to someone else. It happens, but once it leaves the store in someone else's hands I don't want it. The guy wasn't right outside the door. It took her a couple minutes. I commend her for her dedication, but I don't know if an unknown stranger put his hands in my bag. She was very polite & said they can remake it. The rest of the staff is always polite when I would go. However, a few minutes later a guy who I assume was the manager called my name and kind of rudely pushed the bag on the counter. I asked if it was the remade one and he rudely snapped "Yeah" as if it was my fault. I'm pretty sure that is a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. This left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended) and I have been taking my business elsewhere. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I had an issue at this Dunkin’ on May 26, 2025, and it’s now been over a month with no real resolution. The store’s owner initially told me he would send a gift card as an apology — that never happened. When I followed up, I was told I hadn’t sent a screenshot, even though I was never asked to in the first place. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times. I received an automated email promising a response within 48 business hours — and that time has come and gone with no reply. This entire situation has been frustrating and handled very poorly. I expected better from a national brand. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20
