Been coming here for a couple years now, must say there really starting to up their drink game. Also, service is really stepping up also I roll up to the speaker, and my order is already on the screen that some customer service or I'm just coming here way too much. keep up the great work. My hot coffee was lukewarm. When I told the employee my coffee was not hot, she replied, “yes, it is.” We’d ordered 2-orders of the plain bagel minis. I was given 1 order. Realized I was only charged for one, requested the second and asked the employee to take my payment. The employee told me I’d need to go back around through the drive through again. I chose not to. Opened our order as we drove away, and realized we’d been given (cold, hard) EVERYTHING bagel mini, not the PLAIN we’d ordered. All this was after I’d already paid and selected the 25% tip option. We waited 10 minutes to be told that someone would help us, I told her they're all I needed was two donuts and would literally take 40 seconds of her time. I know how to manage time I worked for Chrysler... She then made us wait another 3 minutes, and then I told her what we wanted and she couldn't remember once she got to the donuts...... If you would like a more manager type of person working there I am available for hire LOL!!! It's really sad because I do love my dunkin' donuts but I think I'd actually rather go to a different location than the one closest to me because of how they treat the people who walk in there.
