The feature of Dunkin' is serving good breakfast sandwiches. Come here and have delicious iced coffee or great iced latte. Clients don't like cream donuts at this place.
Food delivery is a big benefit of this spot. The cheerful staff welcomes visitors all year round. The professional service demonstrates a high level of quality at Dunkin'. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is cool. But google users rated this place and it didn't gain a high rating.

Keep in mind these chains are independently owned and the staff is a reflection of the management. We placed a pickup order. Went through the drive through and told them the name. Got to the window for the girl to say “we don’t have it”. Walked inside and it was sitting in the mobile pickup. Customer service is expected in industries like this. West Chester has a ton of coffee shop options and multiple of this franchise. I would recommend you give your business to a franchise that cares about the service they provide. As a local business owner. Our service and how we treat our customers ALWAYS is our top priority. Service: 1

So Im giving three stars ans service 1 star just based after tosay visit I places an order online came though the drive thru to pick up 3 drinks . I was told they were not in season I said okau well can you tell me when they be back and is it all store the rude girl in the drive thru today Jan 5,2026 @ 256pm was unbelievably rude and said I dont know i just work here . .... I would think if you work there you would or could find that information . Anyway went back to work with three drinks I didnt like becuase they didnt have what I order then called another location and wouldn't you know they had the drinks I wanted so spent money to get those delivered to my work since I couldn't leave again. I think the girl at this location during f this time needs to be Retrained in being at least nice to customers I mean I've worked in customer service so I know and I usually dont leave bad reviews but this was the worst experience I've ever had here Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

It's the worst donut place in town. The workers have no common sense and then want to argue with you when you get to the window. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone save your money and go somewhere else. I will give him a zero if it was available on the Google review. Don't waste your breath or time going to purchase something from this dunkin' donuts. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
