Snotty attitude from the shift lead and other workers. Poor customer service. I don’t wanna go in trying to figure out what I want and being laughed at and told that I’m not liked and a fool. Just wanted a blended drink and it was full of chunky ice instead. I understand big spring isn’t the best for services but someone needs to quit hiring adults still acting like kids. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped at Dunkin this morning. Food and coffee was hot and fresh. No complaints there. But service on the other hand, needs major improvement. The blonde haired girl, who I’m guessing is the manager, is very impolite when speaking to her employees & even customers. Everyone just seemed annoyed to even be there. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Says they open at 4am. Here we are past 4am still not open. When I ran a coffee shop we had to be fully set to open no later than 15 mins early not just starting at open. I stopped on my way to my destination hoping to get my kids breakfast and couldn't.
