All 3 of the Dunkin Donuts in Butler, PA are so inconsistent with making a specialty coffee! For example the Butler Crossing location, one day the best Macchiato ever and the very next day a Macchiato made with just basic old coffee...for over $5 at that! It's almost like the customers need know certain employees hours just to get what you paid for! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5

left the dunkin' on main street downtown butler after getting no service to come here. the staff was awesome! a very sweet young lady greeted us before the door even closed behind us!! will only come to this dunkin' from now on. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
