In case the rain took you by surprise during the promenade around Central Square, stop by Dunkin'. Here you will be offered perfectly cooked doughnuts. Visitors don't like iced coffee at this place.

There are only two older women there who are super sweet, everyone else always has an attitude. Over the winter I had to argue almost every time for them to fill the hot chocolate more than 2/3 of the cup. Today after waiting over 15 mins for my iced latte- I had to take back because they didn’t add enough caramel. The second time they made it the coffee tasted disgusting. I threw it away immediately and just lost out on the $6 I spent on that latte. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Nice location, nice employees, but staff in the morning (no manager) does nothing if someone acts up , not sure about later on. Example: a certain guy comes in now and then, either high or mentally ill, yells at customers, accuses them of being "agents of Satan", yells about Allah and how everyone in the store is going to die when Allah strikes them down. Customers try to ignore him, or they look fearful (he carries a freaking stick) or they tell him to leave them alone. Staff does nothing, they don't even call the police. This went on this morning for at least 30 minutes. This guy's deranged screaming, yelling, outbursts, and in your face behavior makes it impossible to just sit and enjoy your coffee and food for a few minutes without feeling threatened. There used to be a Dunkin' in another location in Central Square and it closed due to thefts, fights and the same kind of behavior. Staff should intervene, ban people like him or call the police.
