5 solid minutes to order a hot chai latte and a maple sugar bacon sandwich. I'm not including the time waiting in line. This guy had no idea what he was doing. He went to get help 3 times. It's not exactly cheap either. It was almost $10 for those two items. Dunkin' what are you doing!? Train your staff! Especially for the morning rush.
