It's the morning of 6/2 and the only male on staff was "eye ballin" me like he still in the hood; not like he representing his employer. Apparently my displeasure with his inability to do his job, got under his skin. Not surprised to see such a low rating for this store and I am happy to contribute to it. This store is in Cary....maybe Management could upgrade their hiring standards.....PLEASE! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Placed a mobile order for drive thru, but the line was long so I went inside instead because I had an item with cold foam and I didn’t want it to melt. So I walked in, only 2 people working. There was an Older lady with blue shirt who was working drive thru, she had a short red and black wig on and looked over several times without acknowledging. It was a younger mixed looking girl cooking the food, she was actually the one to help me. I order two snack bacons and they said they only had enough for 1. The older lady was basically looking at the younger lady and telling her what to say instead of speaking to me herself. They tried to force me to substitute for hash browns, but I pretty much only eat the bacon there so I wasn’t interested. I wanted a refund but since I placed a mobile order I will have to call to get it, however getting this information was such a hassle because the old lady standing at the drive thru acted like she couldn’t come over and speak for herself. I was asking the younger lady if I could get a refund and she didn’t know and said I would have to talk to the other woman, which was difficult considering she was acting like she couldn’t talk. Customer service is in the toilet. I see why they have a 2.5 star rating. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I go to this Dunkin all the time and love it. They're always quick and I've never had any problems (like I have with other locations). Dunkin's food is actually so good and I can't stop craving the iced Blueberry coffee.
