Got matcha, which is milk based, tasted absolutely no matcha just milk, and they definitely need to clean out their dairy machine bc the milk tastes old. Food: 1

I had two iced americanos with a friend. It was the worst coffee I've ever had from Dunkin'. I even had a shot of espresso. The coffee tasted awful, like it was all water and cream. You have to work really hard to make coffee that bad. Also, if you're a business owner, you have to smile at your customers. I don't have to see your face when I'm shopping. If you can't do this job, you can leave it to someone who can. Both the coffee and the staff's customer service are bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
