This new Dunkin is great close to Union. The room is not too large. WiFi is available. It could be a good place to study or hangout. It could be faster ordering online. Breakfast and coffee are great for morning classes. Literally forgot half my order and when I called 6 times absolutely no one answered. I contacted my delivery driver and said the items he delivered were confirmed by this Dunkin location as fulfilled however the employees clearly cannot see that I was only given 1/3 of my order. I have left a message for the GM because the hospitality from this location is absurd. Maybe do better next time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
