When you come in here and want to buy anything from the menu, the first thing you'll hear is something like, "Oh, sorry, we don't have this product in stock right now," or "We don't have it in stock at the moment." If you don't have that product, why do you keep showing it on the menu? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is BEYOND bad. I've had slow service here before, but today was just poor everything in general. I placed an order for drive-thru pickup and waited in the Drive-Thru line for at least 20 minutes without moving. Went inside to pick up my order, where I waited another 10 minutes to be acknowledged, then was told that I have to go see the pickup counter, "right over there." Waited there for another 10 minutes to be acknowledged which I wasn't, and when I approached the counter and asked if that was my order sitting there they said they had no clue. It actually was my food, which was now cold from sitting there for a half hour. I asked them if they could remake it and they seemed incredibly upset and told me it could be up to half hour before that could happen. I would have asked to speak to a manager but I didn't want to wait any longer. Had any one of the four people that is working there said one single word like "sorry for the wait folks" or something of the sort I might have understood but I have never in my life seen four people ACTIVELY AVOID coming to the counter and talking to people who are not happy SO BAD. To top it all off, I took what food they did provide for me which was cold and incorrect and asked them to give it to somebody who needed it or is hungry, and they promptly threw it in the trash in front of me. Pretty insulting and rude if you ask me, I only asked them to do one thing and they could not get any of it right. Dunkin donuts needs to seriously look at the store or at least who they are hiring to manage it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I am glad most said this is the WORST Dunkin' they have ever been to because I agree. The donuts always taste stale and the customer service is atrocious! Do not waste your time or money here! They run out of the brownie batter donut daily by 8:30 am. I asked them why they don't make more and was met with rude replies from the lady at the drive thru saying it is a specialty donut. This place doesn't seem to understand supply and demand. You can't advertise a monthly special and run out every day before 9 am. This place is a complete joke! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
