Dunkin at Hyatt Plaza is a quick stop more than a sit-down thing. I usually trust it for coffee and a donut box when people can’t agree on dessert Bavarian cream and the sprinkle ones are easy crowd picks. This shop we visited in Dunkin Hyatt Plaza Food court area had a nice friendly staff who assisted us when we bought 2 dozen of assorted donuts for my kids. I remember her name on the plate is Ms.Agnes.We really appreciate her good vibes and smiling face. Best in Customer Service Thanks a lot dear!
