I am writing to express my disappointment with this location. I have been a loyal customer for two years since PCSing here, buying iced coffee regularly. However, the cups are consistently underfilled by about two fingers. Whenever I ask the staff to fill it completely, they show clear dissatisfaction. We choose Dunkin' over Starbucks because we love the brand, but we expect better customer service and respect. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

line was so long, tried to go inside and lady was very rude when she could have just apologized and said they were drive through only. when i got up to speaker i was told “hi sorry but we aren’t taking any orders unless it’s a mobile order” told them we would place it while waiting in like then and they said no. very frustrated, would definitely rather do the drive down the road to other dunkin. My husband and daughter went into the store this morning while I waited in the car with our infant for 40 MINUTES, for absolutely nothing. I’m talking, at no point was my husband addressed, acknowledged, not a single person made eye contact with him for 40 MINUTES, NOTHING. He ordered on a kiosk and waited, and waited, and waited. The employees were seemingly only taking and preparing orders for the drive through. After 40 minutes of waiting, a new employee came and clocked in and he heard the other employees tell her that they were no longer making food. He had already placed an order for food and again, no one said a single thing to him. He informed the woman who had just clocked in that he wanted his money back and he left. He was not the only customer to experience this. He did not get an apology for the wait, the rudeness, or anything. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
