Come here if you want management to ignore their customers and for them to screw up your order. Then get mad because you point out what's wrong and make them do work again. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

I recently went to this Dunkin' Donuts in Milo, Maine with my 12 year old daughter. She ordered by herself while I did some separate shopping. When I came back to pick her up she came to me devastated. Then she told me what had happened: she ordered a medium refresher and after they handed it to her, before she even took a sip, it slipped off the counter and it all spilled on the floor. When she asked for a replacement the staff member was so rude that they said they would have to charge her for it even though it wasn't even her fault. And on top of that she had to clean up most of the mess before the staff member built up enough decency to help her clean up the last little bit. I felt so bad and I even offered to go back and intervene, but my daughter told me not to because she wanted nothing to do with that place so we just decided not to go back.
