Friendly staff and good service, but I was disappointed by the payment terminal's tipping screen. Customers should have a clear and easy way to select "No Tip" if they choose. Tipping should be optional and transparent, especially considering this is a quick-service restaurant where staff are not paid waiters wage. This is feedback for management, not the employees, who were courteous and professional. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes

The worst service I've experienced it a while. We were the only two people waiting to be served. I don't think any of the three people behind the counter even acknowledged we were there for ten minutes. We almost left to get our coffee at the gas station next door. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
