Tried to order a large hot coffee with oat milk and sugar. I get to the window and the person says "hot coffee right" I said yes and the person scans my phone using my coffee reward. The payment goes through and the person say" okay, so you had a latte?" and tries handing me a medium latte. I said "no ? I have a large hot coffee with oat milk and sugar. " Another co-worker was listening to the order and then the person taking the order repeated the order to the co-worker. I then watch her pump syrup in it and hit oat milk on the machine and goes to hand it to me and says here is you coffee. I told the co-worker, I ordered sugar and oat milk and the co-worker then told me the syrup is sugar..... I stated I would just like plain sugar and oat milk and co-worker walked away to tell the person who had taken the order. I would like to say i didn't mean to come off rude towards the end, because I said forget it and drove off. I was just short on time and a little baffled by stating the syrup is sugar. I am genuinely curious is this normal? Is there a different way I should be stating my order to receive actual sugar? Wow, um, dont go here unless you want to experience someone who just ordered take your food thi king there food came up instantaneously without even looking. Or some lady throwing her blue binder at a bee who was minding its own business on a window. The food was okay I guess, hard to mess up a microwaved sandwich.
