Absolutely the freaking worst service ever. Last year I was able to get my free drink that I get once a year on my birthday and apparently they changed the rules and now I'm not able to get one freeing drink. They act like it'll hurt their business to just give someone one lousy simple iced coffee drink a bunch of jerks. Never going to Dunkin donuts again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the best things about supporting local businesses is that they become more than a chain brand, they become community. I am a dunkin's junkie, admitting freely, but this is my required place of fix. My orders are consistently great and the service is awesome. Yes, this a caffeine and sugar filled review...just the way I like it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
