The 3 younger people working at this location were all very rude and didn't not have customer service abilities, standing starting at my partner who is asking for more chocolate flavor added to his latte, all they had to say was, "well that's what you ordered." Okay but if we're asking for a little more and don't ever ask for you guys to do that to our orders what's the big deal of a couple more shots of mocha. Stand there looking dumbfounded instead and be unsupportive, and unloyal to your customers. I stg the younger generations need to stay out of fast food business, bring back the older ladies and gentlemen who know how to run this, please Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
