If I could give zero stars I would. Clearly the kid working in there had no business being left on his own and didn’t know how to make any drinks. He gave use a cup of blended ice with a couple pumps of blue raspberry syrup in it no other liquid. My husband ordered a blended mocha with caramel. He handed him an iced black coffee with some mocha and caramel drizzle in the bottom. Only one cup was even the correct size. I should have asked for a refund but I fear he wouldn’t have known how. Shame on management. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Im rating it a 1 because of the fact that the store was not busy at all. I came to the front counter and waited for two minutes no one acknowledged me and no apology for my wait. Please train your people on customer service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
