I’ve always ordered from this location through the drive-thru and usually get iced drinks. Unfortunately, this morning’s experience was disappointing and irritating, especially so early in the day. The staff came across as rude and unaccommodating. As someone who isn’t very familiar with the menu, I expected a bit of patience or guidance, but instead felt dismissed. Customer service like this makes it hard to continue supporting this location. oh also for the staff that keeps on dismissing me, even if you know your menu, the coffee you made is not that good.
