If this is one of the ones inside Dulles, it sucks. My boyfriend works at the airport. He went and got a vanilla bean coolata. They made a fuss about it but they still made it. He went back about 7-8 times to the one in D gate and the one by TSA employee checkpoint. He always asks the same thing “do you guys have coolata’s?” They tell him no every time. About 2-3 days ago he goes back to the one in D gate. Asks and the manager says yes. Her and another employee start talking in their language. The employee starts to make it with a sneaky grin on her face. She gives it to my boyfriend. He said it was the nastiest drink he’s ever had. We go to Dunkin’ Donuts all the time in Leesburg and get coolatas. He absolutely loves them but for some reason the airport refuses to make them and when they do they make it nasty just to be an asshole. He will continue to go back I’m sure but please fix this.

There is a Dunkin Donuts kiosk and seating area in the middle of the Concourse A, across from The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck. You can grab a quick donut and coffee here before your outbound flights. Opening hours are 5am to 9pm daily. We recently stopped by for a bavarian with strawberry filling and an old fashioned style chocolate donut with glaze. These are cheap at US$1.07 each, especially considering the premium prices normally paid at airports. Neither donut was as good as what we have found at other Dunkin Donut branches elsewhere in the States but they weren't terrible either. In the end, this is a convenient stop for a quick bite to eat, especially for those awaiting morning flights.
