According to some reviews, doughnuts is perfectly cooked at Dunkin'. Clients don't highly appreciate iced coffee at this place. The staff is said to be attentive here. A lot of people say that the service is satisfying. Google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

I mobile ordered today, and everything was perfect! The coffees were so so good! The woman at the speaker was kind, and the woman at the window was so nice and had everything packed up for us nicely, and I really appreciated it!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location needs to be studied. The staff is always friendly and fast. When I ask for a toasted bagel, that’s what I get! I skip the closer DD near me in Cary, to get to this one. Thx guys and keep it up. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The customer service is always nice here and they move pretty quickly as well. Of the Dunkin Donuts locations in the area this is most likely the best one I'm not a really big fan of Dunkin' Donuts customer service. I found out recently that they make their donuts in house at this location. I'm wondering if all Dunkin' Donuts do because of all the locations I've been to this is the only one that doesn't have dry stale Donuts.
