Honestly, this Dunkin is so unprofessional and the customer service is horrible. One morning I ordered avocado toast with bacon and the bacon was literally raw, the toast wasn’t even heated, and the avocado tasted expired. I threw the whole thing out immediately. And today I’m getting my food and one of the workers starts getting mad because orders kept coming in, then curses in front of everyone and starts smacking the order printer. Like seriously?? If you can’t handle the orders, don’t take your anger out in front of customers. The workers are not welcoming at all and the whole experience is just uncomfortable. Definitely would NOT recommend this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

"I am a regular Dunkin' customer, but my experience at this location on 08/14/26 around [11:57am] was unacceptable. The cashier, RAMA, refused to take my $100 bill and treated me with complete disrespect. Whether a store has a specific bill policy or not, treating customers poorly and making us feel discriminated against is unacceptable. Management needs to review store staff behavior and ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully." When I voiced my frustration, RAMA explicitly stated he did not care if I complained. Management clearly needs to address both the employee's conduct and customer service training at this location.". Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $30–40
