If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone based on my experience. I was told that no bags were available, yet bags were clearly being given to other customers. This left me feeling singled out and treated unfairly. In particular, one of my coworkers was able to receive a bag, while I was denied one. They also burnt my hash browns. As a Black woman, this experience made me feel as though I was being racially profiled. Whether intentional or not, the difference in treatment was noticeable and upsetting. Businesses should treat all customers with respect, fairness, and consistency, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I will be contacting corporate regarding this incident, as I believe this matter deserves further attention. Based on my experience, I also believe a district manager should closely monitor this location to ensure employees are treating customers professionally, respectfully, and fairly. I love this dunkin If you don't like the way they made your drink speak up and they will redo or adjust it. Friendly employees and the lines move pretty quickly. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Been having an issue with this Dunkin ever since it renovated. There's ALWAYS an issue. They don't put my order in right like 25% of the time, they'll run out of things constantly, sometimes im sitting at the window and see half my order and someone will give me half and walk away and wonder why I'm still there waiting for 5 minutes. Unfortunately all the other local Dunkin's don't have drive thrus so time and time again I go here and I'm not even surprised when something goes wrong and at this point it's my own fault. Go to the Dunkin in Amboy Plaza instead. Anywhere but here. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
