Worst Dunkin I’ve been to. How do you mess up hash browns or undercook them when they’re an automatic toaster that tells you when to take it out. I’ve never had them ever be soggy when handed to me. The workers here are just lazy. He stuck the hash browns in with my egg and cheese sandwich for less than 10 seconds and handed it to me. Coffee was bitter and watery. Croissant tasted stale. Just disappointed overall. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Yet again, I had a terrible experience at the Dunkin' on 15 South. I asked for a medium hot decaf, fresh, and the employee rudely grabbed the filter basket, snapping, 'Is this fresh enough for you?' in an aggressive tone. Even the girl working at the gas station in front of the store overheard him and was watching. If I were the manager, I'd fire him on the spot. He seems unhappy, but he’s being paid to do the job—too bad. I'll never stop at this location again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
