Lmao just go to donut king or a gas station instead, I can't with y'all anymore. We only stopped here because of the location and this was the last time..... It's just gotten worse over the last two years. Every trip, we get just two donuts. Every time, those two donuts are so brutalized that they should seek legal representation. Those donuts have been so battered in the 30 second hand off that even reconstructive procedures have no assistance. Usually they are unfrosted by the time I inevitably peek into the bags because the frosting now belongs to the bag- they are inseparable, a love story that would put all others to shame. Guys, I understand it's a minimum wage job and they probably treat you like crap. But y'all are lucky I don't call so you can explain to two sad little kids why their donuts are just wet biscuits again.

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts, and I must say, the experience was far from delightful. The customer service was unbelievably poor. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a sense of apathy from the staff. There was no greeting, no smile, just blank stares. When I finally placed my order, the employee seemed annoyed and impatient, as if I was bothering them by being there. After ordering a simple coffee and a donut, I waited an unreasonable amount of time, only to receive the wrong order. When I brought it to their attention, instead of a sincere apology, I was met with an eye roll and a dismissive attitude. It felt like they were doing me a favor by correcting their mistake. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the lack of professionalism was astounding. It's disappointing to see such a well-known brand being represented by employees who clearly have no interest in providing a pleasant experience for their customers. I left feeling frustrated and undervalued. I hope management takes note and invests in proper customer service training, because as it stands, I won't be returning to this particular location anytime soon.
