Terrible service. I’ve been to this Dunkin location multiple times, and each visit seems to come with a different issue. Several times they’ve been sold out of items I ordered, even in the morning. I’ve also had orders handed to me without a straw, and on one occasion the staff didn’t know how to process a refund when an item I paid for was unavailable. To make matters worse, the drinks are always hit or miss. The quality and consistency vary from visit to visit, so you never really know what you’re going to get. I love Dunkin and have given this location multiple chances, but it’s frustrating to pay for items that aren’t available and then have staff unable to issue a refund. After multiple disappointing experiences, I won’t be returning. Management needs to clean this up and improve both inventory management and employee training. I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Stephanie and her incredible team. Every morning when I visit the shop, I am greeted by a consistently clean and well-organized environment, which truly sets the tone for a positive start to my day. It’s evident that a lot of hard work and dedication goes into maintaining such high standards, and I want to acknowledge that effort. Moreover, the kindness and friendliness of the staff never go unnoticed. They always greet me with warm smiles and are more than willing to assist with anything I need. Their exceptional customer service makes each visit a delightful experience. If I could give them a rating, I would easily award them a perfect 10 stars!
