In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, the staff can be boorish. Spectacular service is what many people underline characterizing this place. According to the visitors' opinions, atmosphere is dull here. This spot has been rated below average by Google.

I had a very long brunette hair in my bacon egg and cheese croissant... I noticed it while my husband was waiting on his drink. When I looked around, the manager was standing beside the cook station putting her hair back up in a loose bun, she was the only person in there with that long of hair.. I didn't even get another sandwich I just threw it away and haven't been back since. It's surprising seeing this out of a manager of all people. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The management seriously needs to be evaluated here by someone other than their own higher-ups. The team is not only uncoordinated, their manager is very clearly distracted with her own priorities. I stood in line for around ten minutes when there were two people behind the counter drowning in both online and in-house orders, while the manager herself was just standing at the end of the counter talking with her husband (a walmart employee) next to the icecream case. In the time it took me to get to the front of the line, she was still standing there with her back turned to her team. She spoke clearly and it was quite audible that she was complaining to her husband about the people she is working with, including her own daughter who supposedly doesn't do a great job during the "night shift". I am personally not one to get into other people's business. However, seeing the utter lack of professionalism and the active disrespect towards her own team is very repulsive. It hurts me even more to say that when I was finally helped by this young blonde lady who seemed to be visibly stressed out beyond belief, I asked her if her manager acts like this all of the time. Her only response to me was "I'm not sure, I'm new here. I just try to keep my head down so I don't end up like the last girl who worked here.". I asked her what she'd meant by that she she told me "they treated her unfairly when she spoke up about the problems here." This is very concerning and I am debating on going to corporate next about this issue. Please stay away from this location if at all possible, there's a much better Dunkin just down the street from here. The mound of low-star reviews speak for themselves guys. You can taste the tension in the food and drinks they serve. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They put too much cream in my coffee after I asked them not too. I had them remake it, they made it the same way. They acted bothered by me asking to remake the first time,so I just threw the second cup in the trash. $ 4.00 for a cup of coffee not fit to drink and an attitude.I won't be back!!! Meal type: Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
