Theres one lady that works here. Her name is willa or something. She was yelling at a hispanic customer and kept clapping at him. Then i proceeded to overhear her talking about hispanics and trashing them for not speaking fluent english. You get paid to work there not bash your customers. Seems like many of these reviews are about her so its weird shes still there when she seems to be one of the main reasons the store is doing so poorly. In general, there are several workers there that seem to hate their job and have nasty attitudes, Ive noticed one newer worker that seems to always smile and assist everyone equally, hes on the younger side. Maybe if there were more workers like him, the ratings for this store wouldnt be so bad. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just like every other Dunkin' Donuts I have been to for the most part. Employees were friendly and the service was great and fast. The ice coffees were made just the way I ordered them and they didn't use too much ice. I would definitely come back to this Dunkin' in the future.
