Alright NB, idk if everyone’s ignorance is just truly surfacing. But I come here practically every other day. I work night shift and also a server. My schedule is flipped every which way. But whether it’s 5 am or 5 pm, a delicious coffee or lately a matcha. It’s always a 10/10. I used to love biggby and still do but sometimes I don’t want to pay $8 for a coffee and Tim Hortons on 26. Yea anyways. They are always so kind here and always smiling. I’m happy they’re here and I hope they stay! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I don’t know who the owner is but he better wake up or he’s gonna be closed down for sure server serving donuts. They have open wounds and blood on them and it gets on the bag fishflies on the donuts rude employees. I’ll never go back. There are too many other places to go. i’ve been here countless times and they rarely ever get my order right, i order the same thing every time i go to dunkin and it’s usually 4.83 sometimes less sometimes more but usually only by like 3 cents at most, today i ordered what i always order and was charged $5.40 but i went to a different dunkin yesterday and the price was $4.83, anyways when i get my drink it’s not correct at all so i went inside asking for it to be fixed, the guy i spoke to didn’t have great english at all i could barely make out what he was saying besides that he was telling me no to my request, we went back and fourth for a minute i stayed extremely respectful explaining the issue the nicest way i could and he then starts telling me “this is your drink, for you” i explained to him that i know it’s my drink but it was made incorrectly and he then starts repeating “you like it, you drink it, that’s your drink” basically gaslighting me telling me i like the drink when i just told him i didn’t and finally his coworker stepped in and made me a new drink and that one was perfect but anyways, terrible customer service i’ve always went back there even tho they mess up all the time i think that was my final straw Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
