Location A24/A25 Horrible experience ordering at this Dunkin!!!! First appearances are everything and based on the appearance behind the counter I should have known this store would have more problems than cleanliness. From trash on the floor to the workers being unkept with hair not properly tied back and a general unclean appearance, the store screamed walk away now!!!!! I purchased the sausage egg and cheese sandwich came back a few minutes later because I did not have any grape jelly. When I returned, The lady tried to charge me 50 Cent for jelly!!!!! I explained to her I had already ordered and had my sandwich. I simply wanted some jelly to put on it. She explained to me it’s 50 Cent for jelly despite if you have paid for a sandwich, I’ve never experienced this at Dunkin. I already bit into the sandwich so it wasn’t worth fighting for my money so much. I don’t come to this airport often so don’t have to worry about visiting this location, but it’s also skewed my perception of other Dunkin’s. This location management could use some customer service and experienced people in food and beverage. Very poor experience. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was surprisingly fast and efficient Dunkin. I couldn't believe it. Both payment and pickup lines moved very fast. I got my large order in no time. Very impressed with the team running it!
