I just found out my tips don't go straight to the employees that are work when I went. They give the tips to everyone who works during the day even when it's not busy in the afternoon. Not fair. It is illegal to distribute tips to employees, managers, or supervisors who are not working during the shift when the tips were received.

Today, I visited Dunkin' Donuts and noticed that the owner seemed upset. He walked away from the cash register, leaving me to wait for about 10 minutes without any assistance. I eventually had to ask for help to place my order because I was in a rush to get my son to school and wanted to give him breakfast first. After waiting, I had to request a doughnut from one of the staff. When I returned to pick up my breakfast, the manager was quite rude, explaining that because he was having a bad day, customers would have to wait longer to be served. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Do not waste your time and go here they are rude
