Hello, just left store # 352953 in Oakridge TN. Another terrible experience name. After sending one of three drinks to be fixed 3 times, still was given an attitude to correct it . Next two drinks come up neither got caramel or whip cream,that we paid extra for, another attitude when we asked them to correct it. The entire time the employee had an attitude towards us, the other employee Kendall, was “cooking” slamming things and saying terrible things to her co worker about every costumer (which all of us in the lobby could clearly hear). My entire family has been devoted Dunkin Customers, for third generation now, it is sad to see the way these employees just do not care about customer service, nor the quality of product they distribute at this location. Three drinks all in the garbage because we did not want to ask again to correct the order after what we endured while politely asking to correct the mistakes.

Asked for sweet cream cold brews through drive through one with pumps of flavor; was given cold brews with cream and liquid cane sugar(not asked for). Pulled around to have the order fixed; the lady pours some out and put whipped cream on the drinks. So, still not what we asked for and purchased. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
