My bagel bits smelled like pure cigarette smoke. I had to throw them out and waste my money. I wasn't gonna eat something that smelled like someone didn't wash their hands after smoking at literally 10 in the morning. Food: 1

Can I just say thank you, Dunkin'!! I did a mobile order this morning before work. I ordered a white hazelnut bark iced coffee and bagel bites. When I got to the window, they handed me a hot drink and bagel bites. I pulled around and parked. I double-checked my order, and it was wrong. I went inside to tell them. No questions asked, they made me a new drink. Thank you. Also offered me the hot drink too. If I could, I would give you 10 stars. I ALWAYS have great service with the Oregon Dunkin'. Thank you!
