I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin location today. First, the drive-thru layout is extremely confusing. I’ve been to many Dunkin locations, but I’ve never seen a drive-thru setup like this one. I accidentally ended up at the pickup window before even finding the ordering station because the speaker is located unusually far away. I actually had to drive back and search for it. The bigger issue, however, was the customer service. I simply tried to order a medium hot black coffee, which is a very basic order. The employee taking orders, who identified himself as Ahmed, responded in a rude tone and said, “Give me your order.” When I said “medium hot black coffee,” he replied, “What is that?” Even though the order was straightforward, it felt like he was intentionally being difficult rather than trying to help. His attitude throughout the interaction was unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked for his name, he told me it was Ahmed. Instead of helping a customer place a simple order, he made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service is just as important as the product, and unfortunately this experience fell far below expectations. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. Service: 1

The lady at the drive-thru has a terrible attitude does not always give you what you order and if you don't ask for your receipt you'll never get it. There's no shortage of Dunkin' donuts in the area however this is the only one with a drive-thru but the staff needs an attitude adjustment especially the one at the drive-thru window.
