I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin' today. I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, only to find the doors locked and the lights off. I understand how hectic things can get, but closing early without any notice is frustrating, especially when you rely on their hours. To make matters worse, when I called to express my concerns, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. It felt like my feedback didn’t matter at all. I used to enjoy this place, but this experience has really made me reconsider my visits. I hope they can improve their service and respect their posted hours in the future.
