At Dunkin', visitors may order tasty hash browns. Clients don't highly appreciate cream donuts and iced coffee at this place. This spot is good for people who eat on the go as they can order food as a takeout. The creative staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Service at Dunkin' is something one can call nice. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

NO more chances! We have been off and on going to this DD. Terrible service. They don’t what donuts they have or how to make coffee. We order 1 kind, we get a different donut. There have been times when we were inside and a young man was yelling and spilling coffee everywhere. Vaunce? He was very busy doing nothing. I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve given this location two chances and this might be the worst coffee experience I have ever had. To start, staff is extremely unprofessional. Answering personal phone calls in the middle of taking an order, talking to their mom on the phone while the drive through speaker was on and we hadn’t been acknowledged, people waiting at the counter for more than 5 minutes without being acknowledged by staff. There were at least 4 people working today but they only waited on drive through orders. They were having remake drinks because they were wrong (ie cold instead of hot when it was printed on the label). They couldn’t identify food orders that were ready so just wouldn’t call them out.. I’m pretty sure this coffee is just a hot chocolate and it was handed to me covered in syrup. As we were leaving they said they were out of espresso and had already run out of eggs, having to refund multiple people who had been waiting more than 20 minutes because they gave all the eggs to people in the drive thru instead of completing orders in the order they were received. And the real kicker was that we all only found out they were out of eggs because we asked why our food was taking so long, we had to ask for a refund terrible business practices. And the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. I will never be back to this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to Dunkin' on 1/30/2026 and order 1/2 dozen donuts for my sons bday. After getting home, I noticed that 2 of the chocolate glazed donuts were missing. I could not find a number so I turned to Facebook and found the GM, Tara Fancher. I messaged her through Facebook and she immediately offered to replace the ENTIRE 1/2 dozen with any donuts we chose. I was ESCATIC about the offer and the exceptional customer service. She then stated that the Radcliff Dunkin crew wishes my son a happy birthday. So I then noticed my mistake - I am in TN not KY. I profusely apologized about my mistake and acknowledged her willingness to rectify the issue without batting an eye. Her offer still stood if we were in KY - however that's about a 2 hour drive but again I thanked her. Customer Service here seems to be a top priority and you don't find that a lot anymore these days. If we ever pass through; I hope to stop and Dunkin and say hi to Tara. Service: 5
