Enjoy nicely cooked bacon and good filet américain that are proposed at Dunkin'. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer good iced latte. Guests don't like doughnuts at this place.

Haven't been to Dunkin' in a while and took a chance today. I wanted a strong iced latte and asked for light cream. They handed me a latte made with milk and additional cream. When the young lady at the window passed it to me, I pointed out that it looked like milk. I acknowledged that I misspoke in my initial order — I should have said light on milk — but I clarified this at the window, and she handed it to me anyway without offering to fix it. My husband politely asked that they remake it the way I requested. Instead of doing so at the window, they had us pull up and wait, only for another employee to come out handing me the same drink and explaining how a latte is made. I was already aware of my wording mistake and said so. So why have us pull up and wait just to receive the same drink and a condescending explanation? We have all worked tough customer service jobs. But this crew was rude and dismissive even with a respectful customer. Will be sticking with Starbucks or other coffee shops going forward.

When you order a sweet tea, you expect it to be sweet. When then location first opened the tea and beverages were on point. Tea is weak and watery, please go back to brewing two bags :( Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I’ve gone here a lot, primarily because of proximity to our home. Consistency is this particular locations’ bread and butter. Consistently bad. I can’t remember the last time they got my order right. Ask for less ice, 25% they heard you. Ask for cold foam, not a chance. Shame too because our family loves Dunkin and give a decent amount of money to them, only to have our orders wrong majority of the time. It’s not that hard to do your jobnot sure they even deserve 2 stars. Edit - dropped to 1 star, another wrong order. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
