Dunkin' is pretty near Iglesia de La Merced. Clients don't highly appreciate doughnuts and coffee at this cafe. From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is downscale here. Unprofessional service is what some guests underline characterizing Dunkin'. According to the guests' opinions, atmosphere is disgusting here. They gave us a coffee that didn't correspond to the fact that we always order the same one and the woman who is in charge only gave us more syrup to sweeten it, she always serves in a bad way and makes the coffee reluctantly, we prefer not to buy when she is there because it is very unpleasant.

A chubby woman (I think she's in charge because she's in a black uniform) serves very reluctantly, she gives out flavorless coffee, very unpleasant, even the premium ones that are more expensive don't taste like anything, and when you go to say that change them they stay the same. Terrible, the others who serve are lovely and everything is very delicious.
