This Dunkin franchise is an absolute disgrace to the company and should be investigated by corporate. I've been to this location three separate times and have had incredibly subpar experiences every single time. To whomever the manager of this location is, you are absolutely terrible at your job, your employees are slow, rude and disrespectful and frankly I will be filing a complaint with Dunkin' corporate about this location. I would encourage others to do the same. This is ridiculous. Based on the scores of other negative reviews, there is CLEARLY a issue at this location and it needs to be rectified. This location is a complete joke and does not deserve anyone's business! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

ordered an avacado toast with bacon, they even asked again at the window if i wanted bacon and i said yes. when they gave me my food it didn’t have bacon. went back to the drive thru and waited for 15 minutes and didn’t hear from a single person, went inside after that and still waited another 5-10 minutes before the girl even acknowledged me and didn’t even have her headset on! luckily the guy from jimmy johns was super nice and remade my food! he was so nice! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

They had the donuts I enjoy, so it was an easy 5 stars. (Chocolate glazed with white cream filling). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $1–10
