I did an online app order went to the drive-through to pick it up. Waited almost 20 minutes. Got my items as I was driving away I tasted the coffee it was horrible so I went back around and asked them to remake it. I told them that the coffee was extremely bitter and asked them to stir it. They refused to remake the coffee and told me that they could not give me a refund because I did the order through the app. The older woman who was the manager was very rude and very condescending. I never once raised my voice to her nor was I rude. I don’t understand why she was so horribly rude over a cup of coffee!! To the owner, your business will definitely decline if you have rude customer service. Maybe consider teaching a little respect and courtesy to your store mangers. It will go a long way!!! They are a reflection of you. How do you want your restaurants to be know as? Side noteI did go to my normal location (West Henrietta and Calkins Rd)where the team is amazing and had them make me the perfect cup of coffee with a smile and friendly interaction!! Worse customer service ever from the manager to their employees. Manager is rude and condescending she refuses to answer you and help you also she ignores you when you are talking to her and she wants to be right all the time I come here regularly and every time she is here she just puts everyone on a wrong attitude she continues to say she hates this and this is why she why I quit hospitality someone needs to come and look at this location and handle this asap. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
