Good coffee is among the best drinks to order. The friendly staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Nice service is something that visitors would like to improve here. Dunkin' got negative comments because of the lovely atmosphere. Many guests who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Took forever to get my donut and my hot chocolate had many large clumps of cocoa powder. Service was absolutely beyond terrible. Absolutely miserable experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dunkin's workers inside RGH has terrible manner and horrible customer service. If you want decent foods/drinks and professional or at least a good customer service that won't ruin your mood, please stay away from Dunkin in 1425 Portland Ave. It's not worth it. ZERO star.
