Stood in line for 7 minutes at counter while 2 employees walked back and forth never acknowledging me or anyone behind me in line. Ended up just walking out. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. I ordered a hot coffee with milk, but they gave me a cold coffee with no milk. On top of that, the cashier first charged me for 12 donuts instead of 6. Luckily, I noticed it before paying. She did not even apologize for the mistake. The service felt careless and unprofessional. Simple orders should not be this hard to get right. I hope management trains the staff better, because this was a very poor experience. They didn’t take discount card. I’m not recommended everybody. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
