Serving nicely cooked bagels is the unique characteristic of Dunkin'. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters offer good coffee. Really disappointed with this location . They keep messing up orders, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired . When I asked for my order to be fixed, the staff had a really bad attitude . It’s such a shame because it’s super close to my house , but I just can’t go back. I expected better, and this experience was really frustrating .

Been coming to Dunkin’ Donuts for quite a few years now. Sat down with a medium regular hot coffee and relaxed in their lounge area. When leaving, I was purchasing some iced flavored coffees for others at home. While waiting, I asked for them to top off or a refill of my hot coffee and was told “we don’t do that” not even if you’re a senior or a military veteran”, so if this is the way Dunkin is, this is my last time coming to Dunkin’ Donuts. Back to Starbucks I go because they provide at least one free refill. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

It was an average visit to Dunkin'. I place a mobile order when I walked in it was being prepared. Some one greeted me when I got to the counter. It was just a average visit nothing stood out either way Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
