Guests don't like hash browns, doughnuts and coffee at Dunkin'. A lot of people find that the staff is friendly at this place. The good service is a great plus of this place. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is spectacular. But google users rated this spot and it didn't gain a high rating.

My order was not made the way I wanted it. I was supposed to get 8 glazed, donuts, and I got, what he decided to give me. And here's the picture and I did not get a receipt. The service was not good at all. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Why do they close the doors early? Google says theyre open until 9pm it wasnt even 8pm and the doors are locked Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On November 30, 2023, my mother and I ordered separately coffee and breakfast sandwiches (egg and cheese croissant). The coffee was made after the breakfast sandwiches. We had to wait 10 minutes to receive our coffee. Usually, at many Dunkin' Donuts, they prioritize making the coffee immediately, and they make it before the breakfast sandwiches. Also, my mom ordered a “half of dozen donuts”, and her cashier did not understand “half of dozen donuts”. The cashier seemed flustered. The jelly donut was old. The egg and cheese croissant sandwich and coffee were good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
