Have gone many times with no issues. This morning, in spite of 6+ employees visible, we waited 10 for someone to take our order. Out of 5 items purchased, 2 were incorrect that we didn't notice until we got home. Very disappointing considering we spent over $20. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I go out of my way to go to Rootstown Dunkin because they are more efficient and accurate than other Dunkin’s in the area. They have a friendly staff also. Thanks Rootstown! Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Bagel, Coffee Grounds, Egg and Cheese

This is definitely my go-to Dunkin'! Quick and friendly service makes a world of a difference on a busy morning. Even during a rush, there's not much of a wait & I can really appreciate seeing an active manager helping keep things running. I always receive exactly what I ordered & have yet to run into a time that they were out of anything I've asked for. Worth the 5 minute trip out of the way! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
