I’m a regular customer at this Dunkin’ location, and today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I placed my order at the drive-thru and realized at the window that I had forgotten to add a pup cup. When I politely asked if it could be added, the employee walked away shaking her head and said out loud, “Why doesn’t everybody order everything at the call button?” She then returned and told me directly, “Next time you need to order everything at the call button,” in a clearly irritated tone. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Customers forget things—it happens. A simple request shouldn’t be met with attitude, especially from a place I visit regularly. I ended up leaving without my order. That’s not how you treat customers, let alone loyal ones. I hope management addresses this, because service like this will drive people away.

Me my mom and my sister were hungry so we stopped by this Dunkin and when we went to pay in the drive trough my sister (2 years old) started crying and they took a picture of our license plates and called the police for my sister crying . I would NEVER COME BACK AND I DONT RECOMMEND. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Kid-friendliness: They called the police on my younger sister for crying

Worst Dunkin' ever! Would give a zero if we could. They are often slow and get orders wrong at this location, but this was a new low! Apparently if they're out of munchkins, they literally rip up donuts (even the jelly kind) and throw them in a box without warning. Sucks to discover this after you're miles out from the drive thru. Paid too much for these expensive "Munchkins" and ended up throwing them away. How about just saying, "sorry we're out"? Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
